Swiss company Flyability, a leader in the production of inspection drones for 8 years, specializes in solutions for exploring internal, inaccessible, and confined spaces. DroneUA, Futurology company, has been working with the company since 2017, supplying drones to meet the needs of large organizations such as the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU), DTEK, and others.
From the early days of the war in Ukraine, Flyability actively supported the defense of our country, not just with words.
Recognizing the importance of inspection drones for search and rescue operations, in late March 2022, Flyability donated 2 Elios drones to Ukrainian rescuers on a charitable basis.
DroneUA specialists conducted training and workshops for the SESU in Ukraine to demonstrate the key functions of the equipment and provide instructions on safety requirements.
Flyability's impact-resistant Elios drones are the special forces among drones. Their protective spherical design allows them to access hard-to-reach areas of industrial and civilian structures, including areas with significant damage or collapses, and perform monitoring tasks.
The drones' rugged casing ensures their successful use by Ukrainian rescuers in their daily operations. When it is necessary to inspect particularly hazardous objects, the Elios drone takes on this task, preserving the lives and health of rescuers.
Equipped with a thermal imaging camera and lighting equipment, the drone transmits detailed images of objects and information about casualties to a monitor.

The collision-resistant drones allow for thorough inspections of complex confined spaces. The use of drones is similar to inspections in some ways but involves more challenging conditions due to limited space and significantly higher responsibility.
The drones operate for 10-15 minutes, and the basic kit includes nine rechargeable batteries for sufficiently long search and inspection operations.
For 7 years, DroneUA has been assisting the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) by providing drones. Such unmanned aircraft greatly facilitate the work of personnel during emergency and rescue operations in hard-to-reach areas. The use of inspection drones successfully accomplishes the most challenging missions in hazardous conditions.
