Energy autonomy and mobility of private houses, apartments, trailers, and individual parts of offices or enterprises become possible thanks to the single-phase EcoFlow Power Kit system. The system has gained wide popularity among users of various categories, from homeowners to businesses, as Power Kits offer 3 main configuration options and up to 18 variations of additions with innovative LPF batteries. This makes it possible to provide consumers with the necessary capacity from 2 to 15 kWh and power up to 5.1 kW. The combination of modularity and the increased performance of LPF batteries, which last 4-5 times longer than lithium-ion batteries, creates a universal product for various needs and financial capabilities of users.
Case Analysis
What's installed: EcoFlow Power Kit single-phase inverter with 5.1 kW output power, one 5 kWh LFP battery, and 4 solar panels with a total output of 1.6 kW.
Goal of installation: Ensuring the energy autonomy of a modular house.
Living area of the object: 40 m².
Projected generation from solar panels: in the spring-summer period, up to 200 kWh per month. This amount of electricity will allow the house to function in autonomous mode during the day, every day, using all the necessary devices: a refrigerator, TV, security system, router, kettle or microwave oven, as well as to power gadgets. In addition, on sunny days, it is possible to connect the air conditioner for heating or cooling the air for 4 hours. In the winter period, the projected generation of electricity will be up to 50 kWh per month, which will meet the needs for powering the refrigerator, lighting the house, and charging gadgets every day during the day.
Possibilities of Electricity Consumption from the LPF Battery: One battery with a capacity of 5 kWh will ensure the energy independence of a modular house for up to 12 hours and will allow you to power necessary devices such as a refrigerator, TV, and gadgets, without connecting energy-intensive devices such as a washing machine. If necessary, you can connect an air conditioner to heat the room for 1 hour.
Prospects for Use: The minimum system configuration can be supplemented at any time with additional LPF batteries and ecosystem products. This will allow the system to meet the user's needs, which may increase with rising electricity consumption. To increase the generation of electricity from the sun, it is also possible to connect an additional 8 solar panels with a total capacity of 3.2 kW. This will triple the capacity of the solar station, generating about 15-18 kWh of energy per day. This will ensure not only the energy independence of the house but also allow for charging batteries without connecting to a centralized grid.
